The Human Development Program (PDH) is AVIG 360's psychosocial educational program that transforms the 13 NR-01 psychosocial risk factors into practical and consistent prevention habits. It combines narrative learning paths, practical examples, and scientific references (NR-01, NR-17, ISO 45003, Karasek, Siegrist, Lazarus, and Demerouti), ensuring immediate validation by the Ministry of Labor (MTE).
Its purpose is to create a continuous microlearning routine through short videos, guided exercises, questionnaires, and digital certifications, delivering auditable evidence for the PGR/eSocial and strengthening occupational health.
