Mental health, the work environment, and NR-01: connecting care and compliance

From a legal standpoint, NR-01 brought this perspective into risk management:

NR-01 made Occupational Risk Management (GRO) mandatory for all companies, including the assessment of psychosocial factors.

The inclusion of psychosocial risks in the PGR becomes mandatory as of May 25, 2026. Until then, there is an adaptation period with an educational focus and room to structure processes calmly and consistently.
